Chartered Surveyor Validus resumes physical valuations

Validus, a Chartered Surveyor in Wirral, St Asaph and Gwynedd this week confirmed they would be resuming property valuations in Wales in person now that the Welsh Government have eased lockdown restrictions.

Validus have been able to undertake physical valuations in England since May and to minimise any risk to employees, customers or property occupants, the company’s surveying team will continue to operate safely, maintaining social distancing and wearing protective equipment as appropriate.

“We are delighted that the Welsh Government now feels that it is safe for us to resume physical property valuations and inspections.

“We continued to serve our clients during lockdown with desktop valuations, but of course, there is no substitute for a physical valuation where our Chartered Surveyors can utilise the full range of their skills to deliver insights, knowledge and expertise, producing a more insightful and useful report.
