Business Butler is reaching out to help Welsh SMEs and startups
With businesses across the country struggling in what are unprecedented economic times it is refreshing to see Business Butler helping SMEs and startups get through such challenging trading conditions.
Business Butler has earned an admirable reputation as being innovative and dynamic with its strategy of helping such businesses and they use two main methods to achieve this.
Firstly, Business Butler’s web-based business matching engine connects business owners with a panel of fully vetted local professionals across a variety of business disciplines such as accounting, marketing and human resources. No need for face to face appointments, everything can be carried out remotely through either a phone or video appointment.
Secondly, Business Butler has developed an intelligent business chatbot, aptly named Grant, that assists SMEs in sourcing funding based on where they are located. Funding is obviously vital for all businesses but especially startups and in the current economic climate it takes on even greater importance. Users can take advantage of this service for free and it is reassuring to know that they can find help 24 hours a day seven days a week via the chatbot.
Businesses that are suffering due to the restrictions imposed by local and national lockdowns are turning to Business Butler for advice and support. In recognition of this increased demand from SMEs seeking help, Business Butler is hosting a free, informative session online on Tuesday, 10 November at 13:00 and encourage anyone in business who is finding these times difficult to come along, virtually that is, at: www.businessbutleruk.com/info-session.
The event is being hosted by Business Development Director, Mike Heath who explains:
“We realise how difficult it is at the moment for business owners and managers from all sectors and the uncertainty about what the future holds for them is extremely stressful. Many don’t know where to turn to but we believe we can help them and that is the main purpose of hosting the online session.
“Since raising £100k Angel investment in April 2020 we have launched in south Wales, recruited 70 members with a further 30 in the pipeline, and generated 62 appointments and approximately £190k of income for our panel of business experts.“
The world of business has changed considerably over the past nine months but one constant is the refreshing approach Business Butler adopts when faced with adversity and the innovative methods they devise to help SMEs and startups succeed.
