This year’s menu is possibly the most delicious ever and sees a huge selection of our very best, most scrumptious dishes:

For the main course, choose from six options including M&S Best Ever Lasagne – rich and luxurious beef, chianti and pancetta ragu, layered between pasta with a Grana Padano bechamel sauce, also up for grabs Our Best Macaroni Cheese (v) – pasta coated in a blend of cave-aged Cheddar, pecorino, Emmental and mozzarella, topped with roasted garlic oil breadcrumbs, crispy onions and fresh parsley.

The choice of starters and desserts is huge – with nine to choose from.  Going sweet, look out for the Gastropub Melt in the Middle Chocolate Pudding (the original and best oozy, melting chocolatey delight) or if you fancied a starter, M&S Best Ever Prawn Cocktail – you can’t go wrong!

On the side, try the indulgent Gastropub Truffled Mash Potato and wash it down with a bottle of the beautifully crisp Conte Pruilli Prosecco or even NEW Rose Prosecco, bottle of wine or soft drink.

The full menu is available here and includes many more options – including multiple vegetarian and vegan delights.

Listen to Dame Helen Mirren as she voices final week of the magical M&S Christmas Food campaign!

Our ninth and final ad features the graceful tones of Dame Helen who selects the very finest New Year’s dining.

“Let’s start with a seafood special, M&S Collection King Prawns-in-blankets set the scene. Followed by M&S Collection Molten Mountain Cheese Bake, filled with Comte, Gruyere and Emmental.   This calls for some bubbles, Sparkling Rose Prosecco add a touch of glamour. Let’s raise our glasses to a far superior 2021……. “

On behalf of Dame Helen, M&S will make a donation to her chosen charities – Barnardos, Refuge and Freedom from Torture.

Dame Helen Mirren says: “It’s an honour to be part of the M&S Food Christmas Campaign, I am proud to be able to highlight and support these charities as a time where we must think of those in real need.”

Javed Khan, Chief Executive, Barnardos says:

“Sadly this winter, more families are at risk of poverty, while the pandemic is wreaking havoc on children’s mental health. Too many children across the UK risk missing out on the joy of the festive season. I’m hugely grateful to Dame Helen Mirren for her generous donation, which will ensure we can keep supporting vulnerable children through the COVID-19 crisis and beyond.”

‘Sam Afhim, Director of Fundraising and Communications, Freedom from Torture says:

“For over 30 years, through our services, we have been helping people who have survived torture recover from their trauma and live happier lives. This campaign and Dame Helen’s amazing generosity will help us keep vital services running and ensure survivors get the specialist support they need. “

Lisa King, Director of Communications, Refuge says:

“Domestic abuse is a crime which blights the lives of one in every four women in this country – it is a life and death issue.  Refuge runs essential services across the country which every day support over 7,000 abused women and children.  Running our services relies on generating voluntary income which is why we are so very grateful to be supported by M&S Food this Christmas both in terms of the funds you have donated and the awareness you are bringing to this most insidious of issues.  Together we can reach more women who urgently need our services and reassure them that they are not alone. “

Helen is part of an iconic voiceover cast who have all chosen to work with M&S, selecting charities close to their hearts to which M&S Food will donate on their behalf.  In total, the M&S Christmas advertising campaign will donate £1 million to good causes.  M&S Food will also donate an additional £1million across a diverse range of charities including Shelter, Together for Short Lives and the 35 Sparks charities that M&S supports.
