Motonovo Finance Receive Several Key National Award Wins

Motonovo Finance has received a total of seven awards in the past twelve months, including Best Vulnerable Customer Support at the Covid-19CCS Awards.

They were quick to launch a Covid support centre, helping those that were struggling with their car finances seek help, as well as placing more members of the team in customer support to ensure phone waiting lines weren’t too long.

Other awards won include Finance Provider of the Year at Motor Trader Awards, Best Independent Lender at the Car Finance Awards, Fraud Prevention Team of the Year at the Credit Awards, Bank Owned Independent Finance Provider of the Year at the Motor Finance Europe Awards and Best Brand at the Highly Commended Lending Awards.

More recently, MotoNovo has also won Finance Provider of the Year at the Motor Trader Independent Dealer Awards.

Motonovo Finance’s car portal site, Findandfundmycar.com, was an integral part of these award wins. The site currently lists over 144,000 vehicles from 2,500 dealers, and aims to help customers find their perfect car, with car finance available through Motonovo Finance.

There has been a 41% growth in customer interactions for findandfund year on year, as well as a 25% increase in finance agreements.

Findandfundmycar.com launched in 2018 with the aim to simplify the car buying journey, and to provide finance and cars all in one easy to use website, meaning customers can do both in one process. This has become even more essential during the pandemic, with findandfund offering a safe online car buying journey for their customers.
