Property search specialist awarded for growth throughout a difficult year

Local lady and owner of X-Press Legal Services South East Wales, Steph Hector, has received an award recognising the success she has achieved with her business throughout such a difficult year.

Steph, who has been running X-Press for 10 years now, achieved phenomenal 37% increase in turnover throughout 2020.

Despite the pandemic, the property sector was able to continue and X-Press, which provides property searches and reports to solicitors and conveyancing professionals, helped the conveyancing sector keep up with huge increases in demand.

Recognising her success throughout the past year, the X-Press national office awarded her with the ‘Business Development Award’.

Steph commented: “I am so pleased to have received this award from our national office who have recognised the amazing growth I have been able to achieve over the past year. Having our best year during a global pandemic is something I could never have predicted, but my team and I were glad to help our local conveyancing sector and local home-buyers.”

Lynne Lister, managing director at X-Press Legal Services commented: “Well done to Steph and her team for working so hard, and for displaying ongoing commitment to business as usual over the past year. The circumstances have not been the easiest, but she has done a great job and managed to grow her business throughout a difficult time.

“The whole sector has pulled together over the past year to keep moving and keep up with increasing demand in the property market. We are pleased that our services help to support the conveyancing sector, especially throughout this busy time.”
