Murder Investigation: Three Arrested After Child Found in Bridgend River
Following news that a five year old child found in the River Ogmore had sadly died, South Wales Police have confirmed that three people have been arrested on suspicion of murder and remain in police custody.
Named locally as Logan Willamson, tributes have been paid to the 5 year old on social media, describing him as “kind, funny, polite, handsome and clever.” Floral tributes and soft toys have also been left near the scene, which is closed to the public as police investigations continue.
South Wales Police said in a statement issued today:
“A 39 year male, 30 year female and 13 year old male, all from the Bridgend area, have been arrested on suspicion of murder and are currently in police custody.
“We are not looking for anyone else in relation to this incident.
