Cardiff Metro Bank Magic Money Campaign Raises Over £1300 For 2Wish

Cardiff Metro Bank’s Magic Money campaign has raised £1,390.05 for 2Wish.

Throughout December customers, colleagues and visitors to the Cardiff stores donated via the instore coin counter Magic Money Machine or via cashless donations by scanning the QR code on the ‘magic’ gold coins found on the tree in store.

“We would like to thank everyone for their generosity and support for our campaign, especially given what a tough year it has been,” commented James Baughan, regional director at Metro Bank. “Local charities have been hit hard during the pandemic and as a community bank, we hope that this donation will help make a difference in the lives of local children and their families”.

2Wish provides support to families affected by the sudden or traumatic death of a child or young adult aged 25 and under – over 4,294 people have been supported through this cause.
