Cwmbran Centre receives RoSPA President’s Award for health and safety achievements

The Cwmbran Centre, in Cwmbran, is celebrating after landing an internationally-recognised award for demonstrating high health and safety standards.

It has received a RoSPA President’s Health and Safety Award – the 14th consecutive gold it has achieved – for working hard to ensure its staff and customers get home safely to their families at the end of every working day.

Organisations receiving a RoSPA President’s Award are recognised as being world-leaders in health and safety practice. Every year, nearly 2,000 entrants vie to achieve the highest possible accolade in what is the UK’s longest-running H&S industry awards.

Adam Martin, of national commercial property and investment company LCP, which owns and manages the centre, said: “This is a fantastic achievement and demonstrates how seriously we take health and safety at the Cwmbran Centre. Our dedicated team work extremely hard and this 14th consecutive President’s gold is testament to their expertise in this important area.”
