Mum and Daughter are both named Finalists in Welsh Women Business Awards
Rhian Davies and Beth Davies are Mother and Daughter living in Swansea and have both been nominated as Finalists in the Llais Cymru – Welsh Women in Business Awards 2022.
Both women believe the secret to their success is their business ethos – which is to support local businesses as much as possible.
Beth Davies owns Glow into Social Ltd and supports businesses including The Secret Hospitality Group in Swansea, Vos Accounting and Financial, Mindful Eyes Coaching and many others with their social media and marketing. Glow into Social Ltd has become a finalist in the Under 25s category.
Rhian Davies owns RT Training and Skills Ltd and this business was started during the pandemic after working for many years in a number of different roles within training providers in Wales. RT Training and Skills works to support individuals to either get back into work or to develop the skills they already have to help them progress further in their work role. RT Training and Skills is working with and supporting the YMCA, Inspire Training, Neath College, Excellence Solution, ALS, and many others providing qualifications and training, Internal Quality Assurance monitoring, and advisory support. RT Training and Skills Ltd is a Finalist in the Mums in Business category.
On learning of the nominations Rhian said:
