“Over the previous 12 months, we’ve had the privilege to work with 64 young companies over 3 cohorts. A number of those companies have now gone on to raise significant funding rounds and build their businesses on an international stage. In this fourth cohort, we look forward to working with more great founders and entrepreneurs striving to build world leading technology companies. Tramshed Tech has always been focused on supporting the Tech ecosystem here in Wales to achieve its potential, and the Startup Academy is a core part of that mission.”
Cai Gwinnutt, CTO & Investment Lead at Tramshed Tech
“Following on from graduating the Startup Academy, we have been able to raise investment through a tailored introduction provided by Tramshed Tech which has enabled us to invest in the tech talent needed to grow QZee. The Startup Academy has put us in such a strong position going into Q3, and building my tribe of other founders through the community fostered at Tramshed Tech has been invaluable. I’d highly recommend the Startup Academy to any founders, no matter the stage.”
Cameron Calder, Co-Founder & CEO at QZee
“The Startup Academy creates an environment that fosters innovation and connects like-minded entrepreneurs. QZee, Telephort and LedgerBox were awarded a package of support and ongoing mentorship following the last academy and it’s fantastic to see them go from strength to strength. We’re excited to be kickstarting a new academy in November and we invite any entrepreneurs with a business, or an idea underpinned by technology to apply.”
