Winter Warm Spaces
Is your community organisation or group planning to host a warm space or hub this winter?
If so, please add your space, hub or event to our new NPT Warm Spaces Directory so we can let others know about it.
Warm hubs or spaces are places where people can go if they are finding it hard to stay warm due to inadequate heating at home or increasing energy costs.
They are places where people can expect a friendly welcome and can come along on their own, or with a friend, and talk to others over a hot drink or maybe a hot meal. They can get practical tips and advice on saving energy costs and keeping safe and warm at home.
Or are you planning on hosting a warm hub event such as a coffee morning, a monthly breakfast club, a repair café session, a meetup for carers, a wellbeing session or a slow cooking course to help people budget for heating and eating? Tell us about that too!
