Annual Palm Sunday Remembrance Service returns to Margam Crematorium for 2023
Neath Port Talbot Council wishes to remind residents that the annual Palm Sunday Service for those cremated at Margam Crematorium is resuming.
This year, the service will be conducted by Father Ben Andrews of St Theodore’s Church, Port Talbot, with the guest choir being Cor Serenata (Musical Director, Matthew Lewis).
The organist will be Mair Jones.
The service will begin at Margam Crematorium at 3pm on Palm Sunday, April 2nd, 2023.
Annually, we have held a Service of Remembrance on this day to remember those cremated at the crematorium in Margam but there has been a gap due to the Covid-19 pandemic since 2019.
The council and Father Andrews now welcome back those who wish to take part in the annual ceremony.
