Redrow South Wales planning director recognised at national property awards

Redrow South Wales planning director Jane Carpenter was named Property Personality of the Year at Insider’s Wales Property Awards 2019.

The awards, which took place on Thursday 13 June at Cardiff City Hall, recognise the best in Wales’ property businesses and personnel, celebrating their achievements over the previous 12 months.

With 13 awards to be won, the categories included Housebuilder of the Year, Development of the Year and Property Deal of the Year. The award for Property Personality of the Year was the only accolade given to an individual.

Jane, who has worked at Redrow for over 17 years, was recognised for her highly professional and tenacious approach towards her role in planning Redrow developments including Plasdwr, known as Cardiff’s Garden City.

This project will deliver 7,000 homes within the next 20 years to fuel the capital’s economic growth and create a thriving new community for its residents.

Commenting on her success at the Wales Property Awards, Jane said:
