Sunnyside Wellness Village, Bridgend – Meet the Team event
Wynne Construction has been appointed by Linc Cymru, a leading housing association to deliver a new large housing development and health centre in Bridgend, with work already underway.
Sunnyside Wellness Village consisting of new build homes as well as a new medical centre, is being carried out by Linc Cymru (Linc) in partnership with Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board and support from Bridgend County Borough Council and Welsh Government.
Once completed, this high-profile site is going to offer 59 much-needed affordable homes, a healthcare centre with consultation and treatment rooms, a GP practice, a specialist dental unit, a pharmacy and other facilities that will support the development of a vibrant, sustainable community within the town centre area.
Work starts in May 2024 and the three-storey health centre will be completed in October 2025, while the homes are scheduled to be finished in early 2026.
Wynne Construction is hosting a drop-in “Meet the Team” event at the Halo Bridgend Life Centre, on Tuesday 23rd April from 2pm to 6pm for local residents to come and meet the team, ask questions and see the plans. No appointment required and refreshments available.
