A NEW home near Wrexham AFC’s ground could be just the ticket for football fans.

Castle Green Homes is a long-term sponsor of the League One Club.

The developer is offering those who reserve a new home at Llys Y Coed in Rhosrobin before the new football season kicks off the chance to enter into a ballot for a table of four hospitality tickets.

Sales director Sian Pitt said: “Wrexham AFC is a real community club and has seen a surge in popularity since being taken over by Hollywood stars Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney. We already have fans who’ve bought at Llys y Coed because it’s so close to the Red Dragons’ home ground – they can drive there in around six minutes or walk in half an hour.

“As part of our sponsorship of the club we receive VIP match day tickets including hospitality. We want to give football fans the opportunity to enjoy that experience and are holding a ballot for a chance to win a table of four to attend the home game against Mansfield on November 9.. Anyone who reserves a home at Llys Y Coed before the new football season starts on August 9 will automatically be entered into the draw.”

One of the show homes at Llys y Coed has a bedroom kitted out for a Wrexham AFC fan. It features club memorabilia and wall art celebrating the club’s status as the oldest in Wales.

Current availability at the development includes a choice of three-bedroom homes priced from £274,995, with four-bedroom homes priced from £329,995.

Homes priced under £300,000 are eligible to be purchased using Help to Buy – Wales. The Government backed scheme offers the chance to secure a new home with a 5% deposit and 75% mortgage, with the remaining 20% covered by an equity loan, which is interest free for five years.

Nestled in Rhosrobin village, between the Welsh mountains and the lower Dee Valley, and just 10 minutes by car from Wrexham city centre, Llys Y Coed is ideally placed.

Show homes at Llys y Coed are open daily from 10am to 5pm. For more information about the development see https://www.castlegreenhomes.uk/our-developments/north-wales/llys-y-coed.
