de Novo Solutions Joins Government’s BOS2 Framework to Drive Public Sector Innovation

LANGSTONE, South Wales — 18 February 2025 — de Novo Solutions, a multi-award-winning Welsh technology company specialising in delivering personalised, data-driven digital experiences across Finance, Procurement, HR, and Payroll functions, using Oracle Cloud and ServiceNow, is proud to announce its selection onto the UK Government’s Back Office Software 2 (BOS2) Framework (Lot 2).
Managed by Crown Commercial Service (CCS), and valued at up to £9 billion, BOS2 is designed to modernise and streamline back-office software across the public sector. The BOS2 (RM6285) framework is set to replace the current BOS (RM6194) framework, which expires on 5th April 2025. This framework provides central government departments, local authorities, NHS partners, as well as other public bodies with access to cutting-edge cloud-based solutions for finance, HR, payroll and procurement—driving efficiency and innovation.
As part of Lot 2, de Novo Solutions will provide Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions, alongside expert services in system integration, data migration, consultancy, implementation, configuration, and support for both cloud and hybrid environments.
