The North Wales based distillery, Aber Falls, has re-launched its award-winning gins in a new bottle shape, ready for the New Year.

The new bottle design, fittingly nicknamed the ‘Waterfall Bottle,’ is inspired by the famous Aber Falls Waterfall located near the distillery. The new bottles also prominently display the Welsh dragon on the front and the Triquetra (Celtic Knot) on the bottom.

The slimmer and taller design also creates a smooth and easy pour and offers a neat fit behind the bars and pubs across the country and is expected to be warmly welcomed by the industry.

Aber Falls’ much-loved Welsh Dry Gin and Orange Marmalade Gin are the first to move into the new bottle, with the other products following suit in 2025.

Carole Jones, Distillery Manager at Aber Falls, said: “We are extremely proud of our new bottle design, as not only is it a beautiful representation of our Welsh roots and connection to the waterfall, but the design will also benefit the bars that stock our products. The slimmer look will make our spirits look at home in bars across the country and make the user experience for mixologists, professional or amateur, much improved.”

Aber Falls prides itself on distilling, maturing, and bottling its spirits in North Wales, between the foothills of the Carneddau mountains in Eryri and the Menai straits. The award-winning whisky is crafted using 100% Welsh malted barley and rock-filtered water taken from the Aber Falls Waterfall while crafted by a team of local people.

The Aber Falls products make for a great Christmas gift, and are available to purchase from the distillery’s shop, Llandudno pier kiosk and online at aberfallsdistillery.com
