Leading fire industry supplier CheckFire has tripled the marketing, SEO and social media support it receives from creative digital agency The Bigger Boat.
Providing fire extinguishers and protection equipment to the fire trade, the Caerphilly-based business initially brought the Yorkshire marketing and design firm on board in late 2017, to create and build its website as a standalone project. Following the successful launch, 45-year-old CheckFire then signed up as a retained client – tasking the award-winning organisation with providing technical SEO, PPC campaigns and ongoing website improvements.
Three years later, The Bigger Boat has seen its project work triple in size in order to increase online transactions of CheckFire’s certified, high-quality products. The growing account now includes Conversion Rate Optimisation marketing, copywriting and editorial, email comms, and brochure design. The team is also in the process of creating a customer segmentation hub for the website – to suit a wide-ranging digital audience.
Speaking about the positive partnership, Wales-based CheckFire’s marketing manager, Toria Jones, said: “Our existing relationship and the contextual support that The Bigger Boat provides has been a huge influence in retaining – and upping – its marketing activity.
“Thanks to the team’s ongoing expertise and advice, we’ve been able to make informed decisions that not only benefit our brand but also take our organisation forward. I don’t see the agency as being an external party, but more of a significant player in the CheckFire team.”
Leading on the retainer for The Bigger Boat, account manager Joe Vickers added: “Despite the difficulties concerning the current climate, CheckFire has continued to rise to such challenges and do everything it can to creatively keep customers front and centre.
“We’re looking forward to helping CheckFire to build its brand and online presence even further so that the firm can keep providing vital support and first-class equipment to the fire trade.”
