Cardiff Family Law Solicitor Grant Stephens supports clients with new website

Family Law firm Grant Stephens were pleased to launch their long-awaited new website in April.

The new web site, which has been months in planning, will help the Cardiff family law solicitor improve the service they give to clients, with advice and helpful articles on family law topics, a useful series of family law guides and more information about the Firm and the fee earners and partners who work there.

A spokesman for Grant Stephens generously praised web designer South Wales Web Solutions, for their support in creating the new site.

Eleri Jones, Partner explains:

“Grant Stephens Family Law have instructed SWWS to produce and manage our website for a number of years. The old site was very successful but we instructed SWWS to produce a new layout for the website inclusive of more features to benefit our clients.  SWWS did an excellent job of modernising our website whilst ensuring professionalism was maintained.

Eleri continues:

“We feel that the new site better serves our clients. SWWS have been extremely helpful and have always gone over and above to help us in any way they can”.

The site is already receiving positive feedback for the firm, as well as praise for the web design team.  Web designer and Director Steve Protheroe explained:

“We have always enjoyed working with Grant Stephens.  They are a loyal client, but they also offer an excellent service for their clients, who by the nature of what they do are often going through a challenging personal time.

“Family law involves dealing with couples who may be going through a divorce, domestic violence or a traumatic custody battle, so the people helping them need to be professional, sensitive and empathic to their needs.  The firm’s commitment to delivering additional information on their website will add to the excellent service this specialist law firm already offers.

“It’s been a pleasure to work with them on their website and I hope that their clients are more easily able to find the information and support they need.”
