Cardiff Finance and IT Recruiter continues rapid expansion with key hire

2019 is already off to a promising start for growing fintech and finance recruitment specialists, Cardiff-based Vargo Recruitment.

The company, who saw executive recruitment specialist Tom Miller join the Vargo Board in late 2018, has now expanded the team again thanks to the key acquisition of senior IT recruitment expert Ian Blackburn, who joins the company as Associate Director.

The drive towards digital transformation means that Finance and HR professionals are increasingly finding themselves recruiting for IT and technology roles.

With experience in recruiting permanent, temporary, contract and fixed term roles, Ian’s unique experience extends the capabilities of this rapidly growing boutique recruitment business, enabling Vargo to add Technology and IT recruitment to their expanding portfolio.
