Cardiff is the Third Best City to Live in for a Good Night’s Sleep

A brand new study has revealed the best places to live in the UK for a good night’s sleep with Cardiff named in the top three. 

Supplement brand, Yumi, ranked each city based on a range of factors that impact sleep including noise pollution, unemployment rate, average distance to green space, searches for sleep supplements and life satisfaction rating. 

Cardiff was named as the third-best city to live in for a good night’s sleep behind only Stoke-on-Trent and Leicester. With the lowest monthly searches for sleep supplements, lower than average unemployment levels, a shorter distance to green spaces and fewer people affected by noise pollution than most other cities, conditions in Cardiff are conducive to sleep.
