Available from 24th March to 4th May, this exquisite experience captures the fleeting elegance of Sakura, blending delicate flavours with the artistry of The Ivy Asia’s signature dining.
Set against the vibrant backdrop of The Ivy Asia’s opulent interiors and cherry blossom trees, the Cherry Blossom Afternoon Tea (£33.95) features a selection of savoury and sweet delights, expertly crafted to celebrate the essence of spring. Guests can indulge in Aromatic Duck Spring Rolls, Vegetable Dumplings with Citrus Ponzu, Salmon Cream Cheese & Cucumber Maki Rolls, Spicy Avocado Maki Rolls, Sesame-Crusted Seafood Dumplings, and Steamed Vegetable Bao Buns with Yakiniku Sauce.
For a touch of sweetness, the beautifully presented afternoon tea also includes Dark Chocolate & Cherry Blossom Trees, Raspberry Macarons, Pink Cherry Choux Buns, and a White Chocolate & Cherry Mousse, served alongside a selection of teas, infusions, or coffees for the perfect afternoon indulgence. Guests can upgrade their experience to the Champagne Afternoon Tea (£43.95), to add a touch of sparkle to the occasion.
To complement the menu, The Ivy Asia has partnered with Ukiyo Spirits to craft a collection of bespoke Sakura-inspired cocktails, bringing a floral and refreshing twist to the season. Highlights include the Sakura Spritz (£15), a beautifully balanced blend of Japanese Rice Vodka, Bellamie Cherry Liqueur, Rose Syrup, and Prosecco, topped with candyfloss; the Blossom & Tonic (£13.50) with Japanese Blossom Gin, Sake & Lychee Cordial, Rhubarb & Raspberry Tonic; Butterfly Garden (£13) with
Japanese Blossom Gin, Plum Sake, Lemon Juice, Strawberry Syrup & Raspberries; and Lavender in Bloom (£12), a mix of Japanese Rice Vodka, Japanese Blossom Gin, Rosé Vermouth, Lavender Cordial and Lychee, designed to capture the lightness and vibrancy of spring.
For guests dining from the à la carte spring menu, they can add the ultimate cherry blossom-inspired finale, the Cherry Blossom Dragon (£38) a spectacular dessert platter designed for sharing.
