This autumn, The Ivy Asia invites guests to celebrate the enchanting Moon Festival with an unforgettable campaign that pays homage to this time-honoured tradition. Diners can delve into the cultural heritage of a festival that celebrates the harvest and the joy of togetherness with loved ones, while indulging in an array of festive offerings and enjoying a stunning thematic installation that transforms The Ivy Asia into a tribute to the full moon.

From 9th September – 20th October, The Ivy Asia will offer a special Moon Festival Afternoon Tea along with a selection of captivating cocktails to celebrate the occasion. On Saturdays, guests will be immersed in a delightful evening of live entertainment, including DJ’s and musicians. Guests will be able to enjoy their meal in a stunning theatrical setting with a vibrant atmosphere. During the festival, lanterns of all size and shapes, which symbolise beacons that light people’s path to prosperity and good fortune, are carried and displayed. The Ivy Asia will be filled with beautiful lanterns to elevate the dining experience.

 

The Ivy Asia Afternoon Tea

Guests are invited to embark on a unique culinary journey with The Ivy Asia’s Moon Festival afternoon tea. The new offering aims to add a twist to afternoon tea with an array of exciting and carefully curated new dishes. Among the highlights are the Aromatic Duck Spring Rolls, Spicy Avocado Maki Rolls and Sesame-crusted Prawn Dumplings, paired with sweet treats including Golden Brownie Mooncakes and Dark Chocolate Mousse Choux Buns (£29.99pp). Upgrade to the Champagne Afternoon Tea to complete the Ivy Asia experience (£39.95pp).

 

Cocktail Menu

To toast Moon Festival, three new and exclusive cocktails have been created by our in-house mixologists. The Xian Spritz (£14.50) is made with Tanqueray Gin, Yuzu & Turmeric Cordial, Passion Fruit Syrup, Coconut Cream and Citric Batch, topped with champagne. The Chang’e cocktail (£10) is named after the goddess of the moon, and includes Ketel One Vodka, Rose Syrup, Lemon Juice, Lychee Juice and Aquafaba, topped with fresh raspberries. The Moonhattan (£13.50) includes Bulleit Rye Whiskey, Chambord, Tawny Port, Campari, Yuzu Triple Sec and Orange Bitters.

 

Experience Menu

For the ultimate Ivy Asia experience, guests can also enjoy the Experience Menus (from £48pp), designed to be shared by the whole table. Available all-day every day, diners get to try a selection of The Ivy Asia’s most loved dishes. These menus offers guests the perfect opportunity to elevate their Ivy Asia experience. During the Moon Festival period, The Ivy Asia Experience menus will include a special Moon Dragon dessert, including Pandan & White Chocolate Choux Buns, Yuzu & Honeycomb Cheesecake and Soft Serve Icecream.
