LoopUp Group PLC, the premium remote meetings company, has relocated its Cardiff office to Churchill House in Cardiff city centre.

The company, which provides its services to over 2,000 businesses globally from offices in 17 locations across the US, Europe and Asia-Pacific, has signed a five year lease on 5,811 sq ft on the fifth and sixth floors of the 86,000 sq ft multi-let office building in Churchill Way. The Landlord was advised by joint agents Knight Frank and Fletcher Morgan.

Churchill House is less than a five-minute walk from Queen Street rail station and recently underwent a refurbishment programme which includes communal meetings rooms, comfort cooling, and LED lighting.

Steve Flavell, co-CEO of LoopUp said:

“Our Cardiff office is a hub for our Customer Success team and, following our acquisition of Meetingzone, we were looking for an upgraded space. Churchill House is a great choice for our new office as it provides a combination of high-quality office space and close proximity to all of the city centre amenities.”

Grace Shackell, from the office agency team of property consultancy Knight Frank in Cardiff, said:

“The landlord’s very proactive approach to refurbishment and the upgrading of vacant suites means that we can currently accommodate occupier requirements from 10 to 100 people at Churchill House, which has a great location close to the city centre amenities.

“In recent months Legalinx and the charity Welsh Air Ambulance have both moved in, while existing tenants architecture and construction services provider Jacobs, and the Department for Communities and Local Government, have signed new leases.”

John James of Fletcher Morgan added:

“There is currently limited supply of quality offices available in Cardiff city centre and the newly refurbished Churchill House provides much needed quality office accommodation.

“LoopUp Group PLC’s innovative fit out creates a fantastic working environment and complements the landlord’s refurbishment works.”
