Welsh aluminium fabricator, Dudley’s Aluminium, has begun work on new student accommodation in Exeter. The project will redevelop the city’s former bus and coach station into state-of-the-art accommodation and will open in the summer of 2019.
Dudley’s Aluminium is currently working on a similar project in Exeter for Global Student Accommodation. Past projects for the Welsh fabricator include the development of Cardiff’s £4million Central Square.
Dudley’s secured the half a million pounds contract with Sir Robert McAlpine Ltd. The aluminium fabricator will install high-quality Kawneer curtain walling and doors, the modern student accommodation facility will also receive solar shading
Speaking about the new project, Colin Shorney, Managing Director of Dudley’s said:

The new student accommodation will see high-quality facilities, including 25,000 sq. ft of shops, restaurants and bars.
