Countdown to launch of new Rhyl homes
NEW homes in Rhyl – set to hit the market next week (March 3) – are expected be met with high demand from home buyers.
The properties will form part of Anwyl Homes’ already successful Parc Aberkinsey venture, off Dyserth Road, after the housebuilder purchased a neighbouring parcel of land.
Graeme Gibb, sales director for Anwyl Homes Cheshire and North Wales, said: “Our latest phase at Parc Aberkinsey in Rhyl will provide a welcome boost of 100 additional new homes at this hugely popular location.
“All homes on our earlier phases are now sold out, while demand in the area for new homes remains high. Based on the success we’ve achieved to date we are expecting the initial release on the extension of the development to sell quickly.”
Anwyl’s new phase will feature a range of one, two, three and four-bedroom homes in a mix of mews, semi-detached and detached styles.
Graeme added: “There will be something for everyone on the new phase, including properties perfect for first time buyers and downsizers alike, plus larger homes to suit growing families – all offering modern and energy efficient interiors and a low maintenance lifestyle.
“Properties will benefit from private gardens and off-road parking, while there will also be play area created within the new phase.”
The location benefits from being on the edge of an established residential community with all of the amenities of Rhyl close by, while enjoying an open aspect and views over the surrounding countryside and farmland.
Show homes are expected to open towards the end of the year, when the first homes will also be ready for new residents to move in.
The homes at Parc Aberkinsey will initially go on sale from Anwyl’s nearby Croes Atti development, in Oakenholt, where prospective purchasers can speak to a homes advisor for more information.
