de Novo Solutions Announces Reappointment of Clive Swan and Richard Summerfield to Board of Directors

LANGSTONE, South Wales — 23 January 2025 — de Novo Solutions, a multi-award-winning Welsh technology company specialising in delivering personalised, data-driven digital experiences across Finance, Procurement, HR, and Payroll functions, using Oracle Cloud and ServiceNow is proud to announce the re-appointment of Clive Swan and Richard Summerfield as Non-Executive directors.  Their new three-year term will run from January 2025 through to December 2028.

Clive Swan, (pictured above) a distinguished leader with over 30 years of technology industry experience, continues to bring invaluable insights to de Novo. As Senior Vice President of Applications Development at Oracle, Clive spearheaded complex digital transformations, including AI-driven product innovations and cloud migrations. His proven ability to manage globally distributed product development teams and deliver large-scale AI products has been instrumental in shaping de Novo’s success.

Richard Summerfield, a seasoned HR leader with over 25 years of experience, has driven cultural and organisational change across diverse industries. Currently the Chief People Officer at Hawksford, he oversees a global workforce of more than 600 professionals. Since joining de Novo Solutions in 2022 as a Non-Executive Director, Richard has played a critical role in shaping the company’s approach to people, culture, and customer experience strategies.
