de Novo Solutions’ Mark Sweeny Named Among UK’s Top 8 Entrepreneurs

Mark Sweeny, Founder and Chief Executive of Welsh multi-award-winning technology company, de Novo Solutions, has been announced as one of the UK’s top eight entrepreneurs by the prestigious British Business Awards, a testament to his innovative leadership in digital transformation.

Specialising in delivering personalised, data-driven digital experiences across Finance, Procurement, HR, and Payroll functions, de Novo Solutions was established in 2021 by Mark Sweeny to revolutionise digital transformation through the ‘experience economy’.

Over the last four years, Mark has grown the business from a start-up into one of the UK’s fastest-growing technology SMEs, already on track to achieve an impressive turnover of £10 million for its financial year ending May 2025.

More than 300 companies entered the British Business Awards, where each business was carefully examined on its positive impact to its workforce, sector and overall contribution to the British economy.

The shortlist will now go forward to the main panel of 18 independent judges, comprising of key figures from British industry including Vinodka Murria OBE, Phil Urban, CEO of Mitchells & Butlers and Emma Crystal, CEO Coutts Bank.
