Delta Wellbeing wins Dignity in Care award at the Great British Care Awards nationals

Delta Wellbeing has been recognised on a national stage after winning the Dignity in Care award at the prestigious Great British Care Awards finals.

The service helps residents avoid unnecessary hospital admissions and assists patients transitioning home from hospital until reablement or long-term care is in place.
