Caremark Cardiff & The Vale of Glamorgan, a leading provider of home care within the community, has been awarded the title of best Medium Business and voted Franchisee of the Year within the Caremark Franchise 2024 awards.
The winners were revealed at an annual ceremony held during this year’s Caremark national conference, where 126 offices were in the running for awards. The medium business category is defined by annual turnover. The winner was judged on the quality of its future plans, staff retention and culture, and the drive and desire to have a positive impact in the community, alongside its overall business growth.
During the awards ceremony, the winning franchises of the small, medium, and large business categories went head-to-head to win the ultimate title of Franchisee of the Year. A live vote was cast for the care provider’s most prized trophy, which was collected on stage by franchise owner Sharan Dhaliwal on behalf of the team at Caremark Cardiff & The Vale.
