endurance sports TV to launch free IRONMAN WALES box set following the event’s cancellation
To celebrate the action from IRONMAN Wales in the wake of the 2020 event cancellation, the team at endurance sports TV have opened up the a full box set of the race coverage from 2016 celebrating the past IRONMAN Wales races and events since 2016.
Paul Shanley, co-founder of endurance sports TV said; “The announcement of the event’s cancellation today, comes as yet another blow to participants, spectators and fans. We hope that even though they won’t be able to race this year, athletes can jump onto the channel to watch our new box set of past races for free.”
With the announcement from IRONMAN that the event ‘will return on September 11-12, 2021’ the team at endurance sports TV have created an opportunity for athletes to reminisce and relive the past events for free on endurance sports TV, will hopefully sooth some of those still looking to quash their urge to compete.
“I’m sure this won’t be the last event cancelled, but we all hope that events and competitive triathlon will return soon,” adds endurance sports TV’s Paul Shanley. “In the meantime, we hope to give any athlete out there the chance to stay motivated and engaged through the 400 plus videos including events and documentaries, which we have opened up for free for the next three months.”
