Energy specialist moves to Brecon House offices, Cwmbran

South Wales energy equipment and solutions supplier Smart Energy Homes is the latest business to move to the Brecon House office building on the Llantarnam Park business park in Cwmbran.

The company has moved from its previous premises in Usk to take a long-term lease on 3,495 sq ft at Brecon House.  M7 Real Estate, on behalf of the landlord Marble Acquisitions Limited, was represented in the transaction by property consultancies Knight Frank and Jenkins Best.

Smart Energy Homes specialises in making domestic properties more energy efficient through the installation of insulation, heat pumps, and solar photovoltaics, and works under Government backed schemes such as ECO4 which not only benefit the environment but also help homeowners save money on their energy bills.

Bradley Wayman, MD of Smart Energy Homes explained: “Brecon House is the perfect location for our staff and clients.  The office space and facilities are very workable and comfortable for all 30 of our office-based team.  Working with Tom of Knight Frank was a pleasure, resulting in a seamless occupation from first contact.”

Brecon House is a self-contained 47,385 sq ft multi-let office building providing 19 separate office suites ranging from 1,215 to 8,478 sq ft.

Tom Eddolls of Knight Frank said: “The landlord has invested in the refurbishment of the reception area, external areas parts and other communal parts at Brecon House and this investment is helping to attract growing companies seeking well-located modern office accommodation.

“Brecon House provides high quality office accommodation in an attractively landscaped business park environment.”

The established Llantarnam Park lies immediately south of Cwmbran and four miles north of Newport and is home to a variety of occupiers including business park headquarters, logistics and trade counter occupiers.
