Redrow Homes is inviting those local to its Parc Plymouth at Plasdŵr development in Cardiff to get into the festive spirit and join the housebuilder in switching on its Christmas lights.
From 5pm until 7pm on Thursday 28 November, visitors can expect to enjoy mulled wine and mince pies under the colourful light display, whilst being serenaded with carols from children at the local Radyr Primary School.
The Redrow sales team will be on hand during the evening to offer refreshments and to show guests around the beautifully decked out Parc Plymouth showhomes.
Kate Lacey, area sales manager at Redrow South Wales, said:
“We are looking forward to welcoming members of the public to our development and getting excited for the Christmas period.
“It’s set to be a great event and I want to say thank you to the children of Radyr Primary School who will be singing some lovely carols for us.”
Just three miles from the centre of Cardiff, the Parc Plymouth development forms part of the wider Plasdwr community which aims to produce 7,000 homes over the next 20 years to create a thriving place to live and work.
The site, which has a range of three, four and five-bedroom homes, is situated in the village of Radyr and is proving to be very popular due to its proximity to great schools and commuter links.
