Fall into fitness this Autumn, with an exciting timetable of Leisure for Life classes that will get everyone moving – at a massively discounted price!

Choose from 40 classes taking place across nine Leisure for Life centres every week in October and November (first classes start October 1) and pay just £4 per class (£2 concessions*). You can attend as many classes as you like, at any centre you like, for the duration of the offer.

No membership is needed, no joining or induction fees and no obligations. Simply choose the class or classes you like and enjoy! You can book a class up to five days in advance (seven days in advance for Leisure for Life members).

The timetable has been created by Leisure for Life fitness experts to ensure a range of classes that can be accessed by as many people as possible, regardless of their age or fitness levels. They include some of the most popular and effective fitness classes on offer.

Cllr Ann Crimmings, Rhondda Cynon Taf Council’s Cabinet Member for Environment and Leisure, said: “This offer is a fantastic way for people who are not Leisure for Life members to enjoy a range of fitness classes at a heavily reduced price.

“Each of our nine centres are running classes and people can pick and choose which centre they want to attend and which class they want to enjoy.

“Fitness classes remain so popular among Leisure for Life members – we offer hundreds of classes each week – because they an effective way to stay active, attain your health and wellbeing goals and have fun.

“Running between 30 minutes and an hour and led by a qualified instructor, classes are a great way to not only get moving, but also to enjoy social time and meet new people.

“Because they run from morning to night, and on weekends, there is always something for everyone at a time and pace they want.

“The classes we have chosen for the Autumn/Winter offer are the highlights and some of our most popular classes, with low impact and junior options so everyone can get involved, regardless of their age or fitness level.”

  • Legs, bums and tums
  • Circuits and low impact circuits
  • Body Pump
  • Zumba
  • KO8 and KO8 juniors
  • Functional Fitness
  • HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)
  • Body conditioning
  • Kettlebells
  • Body Blast

Each class is £4 per person or £2 concessionary rate if you are aged under 16 or over 60, are a carer or are on qualifying benefits.

Leisure for Life classes are usually £6 or £3.60 concessions. Only classes on the Fall Into Fitness timetable (at the times stated on the timetable) are included in the offer. Consessionary prices apply to those who are aged over 60 or under 16, carers or those on qualifying benefits. More here: 

Other classes, which are not on the timetable or take place at a different time to the timetable can be accessed on a pay as you go basis, but normal fees will apply.
