Aber Falls Whisky Distillery will host its first artisan makers event at the Abergwyngregyn site this Sunday (4th August).

The event, dubbed ‘Artisans @ Aber Falls Distillery’, will see local business owners and creators take over the distillery to display their crafts at stalls in the Visitors Centre. Vendors will include Full of Stars Art, Scribe-N-Graving and Fad Clothing & Gifts.

Aber Falls will be raising funds for the Welsh Air Ambulance throughout the day with a raffle, and one lucky winner will receive a bottle of 6-year-old Aber Falls Single Malt Whisky.

The distillery will also be hosting ‘Yoga on the Terrace’ before the artisan event at 10:30AM – sessions that the distillery hosts regularly throughout the summer months.  Those looking to join the session do not need to book, just pay £7.50 on arrival and a yoga mat will be provided.

Carole Jones, General Manager at Aber Falls Distillery, said: “We have always been proud supporters of fellow Welsh businesses, and we’re looking forward to hosting a range of them at our site this weekend. It will be a fantastic day for all in attendance, and we’re hoping the success of this weekend will allow us to put on further events like this and welcome more guests to our distillery in future.”

The event will be held from 10am – 4pm on Sunday 4th August, at Aber Falls Distillery, Station Road, Abergwyngregyn, Llanfairfechan, LL33 0LB.
