Further opportunities for funding in Carmarthenshire thanks to UK Shared Prosperity Fund
The People and Skills Priority of UK Government’s Shared Prosperity Fund (SPF) which includes the adult numeracy programme Multiply, is now open in Carmarthenshire.
Carmarthenshire County Council is inviting applications from community, public and private organisations to fund projects within the people and skills theme which looks to increase the prosperity of the county.
Cllr. Gareth John Cabinet Member for Regeneration, Leisure, Culture and Tourism said:
“There are numerous opportunities available for community organisations, businesses and public organisations to apply for UK SPF funding. This is a very exciting opportunity to work with local partners to grow Carmarthenshire’s economy and ensure that the funding received makes a real difference to people and businesses.”
Carmarthenshire County Council has been allocated £38.6 million of funding through the UK Government’s Shared Prosperity Fund. Opportunities for funding under the Community and Place and Supporting Local Business priorities of the Fund have already been made available.
