Gamlins Law unveils new HQ in Rhyl
A leading North Wales law firm has moved to a new HQ in Rhyl.
Gamlins Law’s office at Morfa Hall in the town provides the business with over 10,500 sq. ft. of space.
The majority of the firm’s 75-strong team will be based at Morfa Hall, which has been renovated and refurbished to provide a modern working environment.
Gamlins Law also wants to create a vibrant community hub, offering other local businesses and charities with flexible meeting and working space.
Ron Davison, Managing Director of Gamlins Law, said: “We are hugely excited to have moved into Morfa Hall. We have spent a year investing in the building including a full renovation programme and the addition of the latest IT infrastructure.
“The new office gives our staff and clients an outstanding work and meeting environment with the added bonus of plenty of car parking space.
“We also want to continue playing a key role in strengthening links within the local community and will therefore be opening up some of our space to other businesses and the not-for-profit sector.”
Among those able to access the Gamlins Law HQ will be partner companies on its Go For Growth programme. The initiative, launched in 2019, aims to provide existing and new clients with a range of complementary business services including accountancy, financial planning, recruitment and insurance.
It is also hoped that some of the meeting space can be opened up to health and wellbeing practitioners offering the likes of yoga, meditation and exercise classes.
Ron added: “The opening of our new HQ forms a key part of our future growth plans as a business, but we also recognise that in order to grow we need to provide our staff, clients and other visitors with the best possible environment.”
Gamlins Law offers a comprehensive range of legal services including commercial, commercial and residential property, employment law, family and matrimonial, children, personal injury and clinical negligence, criminal, regulatory, litigation, inheritance tax, wills and probate.
The firm has further offices in Mold, Ruthin, Denbigh and Holywell. It also has a sister company, HR Anchor, which provides businesses with a range of HR services, complementing the employment law offering of Gamlins Law.
