Growing Neath Wholesaler seeks Experienced E-Commerce Administrator
Established Neath Wholesaler, S & R Tradelink is looking for an experienced e-commerce administrator to help keep the company’s website up to date.
The company, based in Skewen and within walking distance of Skewen Railway Station, has a wide range of products which it sells to retailers of all sizes across the UK and the new administrator will help the company capitalise on growing online sales, working as part of a friendly, helpful team.

Job description
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Printing and packing daily orders. Reply to customers to give feed back on delivery queries.
- Creating monthly special offers and emailing out to the customer database.
- Creating and managing new products, including categorization and tagging, product uploads to the website.
- Managing price monitoring software and performing updates to website pricing.
- Uploading product images and editing, proofreading and writing SEO-friendly product descriptions.
- Support the management and upkeep of the website on a custom CMS platform, including site search, analytics, and reporting.
- Optimizing the overall user experience of the website.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Working with an e-commerce platform is a must. Wages maybe higher depending on experience.
- A basic understanding of eCommerce websites or Content Management Systems (CMS) is preferable.
- Competent with Microsoft Office packages, especially in Excel.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work schedules.
- High attention to detail and deliver quality and accurate work.
- Punctual, excellent time management and organizational skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: From £10.00 per hour (rate will be according to experience)
