New Tots & Toys session at the Talbot Community Centre

A new weekly Tots & Toys session was launched at the Talbot Community Centre at Prince Road in Kenfig Hill this week.

The new parent and toddler group, for mum and dads looking to make new friends for their little ones, offers soft play, activity tables, playmats and more.

Held every Wednesday at 9.30-11.00am the sessions provide toast and fruit snacks for the tots and coffee or tea is available for the grown-ups to buy.

New ladies fitness class ‘Ridettes’ starts at Cefn Athletic Club

This week Cefn Athletic Club started a new, free, weekly fitness class for ladies at Cae Gof playing fields.

Every Monday at 6pm, the women only sessions are fun focused, open to women of all fitness levels, with no weekly payments.

It could get a little messy so no posh kit needed just some old trainers or boots!
