Low Cost Vans unveils new look offices

South Wales van leasing and van contract hire company, Low Cost Vans, has invested in a modern, new-look office revamp with a new customer reception area, encouraging customer walk-ins for the first time.

The refurbishment of the offices in Skewen, Neath, has given the premises a fresh new look and coincides with the company expanding its offering to allow its staff to engage with customers face-to-face.

Another key aim was to provide a practical, attractive and comfortable working environment for the company’s employees. The company boasts a very low staff turnover; most have been there for more than five years and a number of colleagues will soon celebrate ten years with the business. Staff that achieve this landmark at Low Cost Vans also benefit from receiving five weeks additional leave fully paid.

Rod Lloyd, managing director of Low Cost Vans, said:

“This is a key milestone for us. We wanted to give customers a great first impression and provide them with a pleasant environment. Our new look reception area is the result.
