Mastering Diversity CIC Announces the 3rd Annual Women Mastering Change – “Master Change Your Way” Closed Session

Bernie Davies, CEO of Bernie Davies Global and Mastering Diversity CIC is proud to announce the 3rd Annual Women Mastering Change – Master Change Your Way event, taking place on 8 May 2025 at the House of Lords, Palace of Westminster.
Hosted as an exclusive Closed Session, the gathering brings together dynamic female leaders and changemakers committed to mastering and steering meaningful change across sectors and borders.

The event will be graciously hosted by Peer Host, Baroness Tanni Grey-Thompson DBE DL, Patron of Mastering Diversity CIC, one of Britain’s greatest Paralympians and a long-standing champion of equity, diversity, and inclusion.
This highly curated event continues to build on the success of previous Women Mastering Change summits, creating a unique safe space for influential women to:
- Share transformational leadership journeys.
- Strategise on embedding diversity, equity, and inclusion into leadership practice.
- Forge lasting collaborations across industries, policy spaces, and international contexts.
Documentary Short Film Launch

The event will feature the exclusive launch of the documentary short film co-written and co-produced by multi-award winning filmmaker Georgios Dimitropoulos and Bernie Davies. The Film is a condensed version of the feature film version to be released in July 2025, in partnership with NATWEST, and features the highlights of upwards of 40 interviews and intense research since the historic launch of the Mastering Diversity Conference 2023.
