Founder of the Awards, Bernie Davies, said:

“Recognition matters. For too long, many who have tirelessly advanced equity and inclusion in Wales have gone unseen. The Mastering Diversity Awards fills that gap — celebrating those who are building a Wales where everyone belongs. With our theme this year, ‘We Go Together Or Not At All,’ we’re sending a clear message: diversity is not optional; it’s essential.”

The evening will include a drinks reception, networking opportunities, and an exclusive screening of the Mastering Diversity Documentary, before the ceremony hosted by sports journalist and presenter Molly Stephens. The keynote address will be delivered by Philip Jolof, Welsh Diplomat and Future Generations Policy Lead in Brussels.
