SAVINGS worth up to £15,000 are being offered to home buyers near Swansea.

A new Mortgage Assist scheme is available for 2024 from the Edenstone Group on selected new homes at Parc Ceirw Garden Village.

Those who reserve before the end of February will receive a contribution towards their mortgage repayments for two years, representing a potential saving of up to £625 per month.
