National Hospitality Academy rolls out its courses internationally via new partnership
Gower- headquartered Online hospitality training provider The National Hospitality Academy is to offer its training courses internationally as part of a new partnership.
The National Hospitality Academy has joined forces with UAE-based training provider Save Fast, which provides training across the Middle East and Africa, to make its hospitality training available to Save Fast’s clients.
The National Hospitality Academy will provide Save Fast with 70 e-learning courses covering everything from food hygiene to GDPR, and from cellar training to customer service.
All the training and the exams can be completed online. The courses are available through a subscription model which gives employers and business owners cost-effective access to all the training they need to build their business, upskill staff and improve staff retention.
Subscription plans are priced according to the number of people who will need to access the courses, making the training accessible to everyone from small business owners to multi-site international operators.
The courses can be modified to include videos and content specific to each business and will soon be available in multiple languages.
The National Hospitality Academy was founded in 2015 by Mark Bowden, a former nightclub owner with many years’ experience in hospitality. His aim was to help professionalise the hospitality industry by providing an affordable and convenient approach to training. The company now offers 70 courses, and the number continues to grow.
National Hospitality Academy founder Mark Bowden said:
“We’re delighted to partner with Save Fast to bring our training courses to people all over the Middle East and Africa. Our courses will be available direct from Save Fast via their e-learning platform and we are currently working to make them available in multiple languages.
“We are passionate about upskilling and professionalising the hospitality sector and making training affordable and accessible to all. We’ve come a long way since we started life in 2015 and this new partnership with Save Fast is an important next step in our journey.”
