New service launched for Nursing training and recruitment
A new service for Nursing in South Wales has been launched by a leading training and recruitment company.
New Directions Health & Social Care, which has over 20 years of experience in the Care sector, has expanded its services to offer short and long-term Nursing placements and permanent Nursing positions in private Healthcare.
After investing in the growth of its team in recent months, New Directions Health & Social Care will be led by Sam Marriott, who has extensive specialist knowledge of Nursing recruitment.
“Having built trusted and established relationships within the Care sector, we know the services we offer can make a hugely positive impact for our clients and I’m thrilled to expand our offer to them,” said Sam.
“If there’s one thing we’ve all appreciated over the last 18 months, it’s that nurses are at the heart of our communities and their role in caring for our most vulnerable is vital. That’s why we’re not only passionate about recruiting quality staff, but also supporting them to deliver exceptional standards of care.
“The support available from our in-house training team is truly second to none and we have the convenience of having all training support in one place. We can also provide Clinical Supervision sessions with our Clinical Lead to support nurses in their CPD and revalidation.”
As training and recruitment specialists, New Directions Health & Social Care will work closely with its clients to place Registered General Nurses, Registered Mental Health Nurses, Registered Learning Difficulties Nurses, Registered Children’s Nurses, Trainee Nurses and Healthcare Assistants.
They now provide a range of work opportunities for qualified and unqualified staff in a number of areas, including: Acquired Brain Injury, Autism, Alzheimer’s, EMI, Acute Mental Health, Substance Abuse, General Nursing and Psychiatric Mental Health.
The expansion of New Directions Health & Social Care’s services marks the next phase of growth for the award-winning New Directions Group of companies. Collectively the group provides specialist recruitment and training support within Education, Pharmacy and Social Care, delivers specialist Domiciliary Care to individuals and their families, and offers effective online vetting checks to organisations across the UK.
Gary Williams, Group Sales and Business Development Director at New Directions, said: “We’re really excited to launch our Nursing service and to support the Healthcare sector, which is important now more than ever. Ever since New Directions was established in 1994, we’ve always looked for ways to provide more value to our clients. Our most recent expansion is a prime example of how we innovate and invest in our services to meet our clients’ needs and benefit communities.”
