A Private Pension Fund has purchased the Parc Busnes Treorci industrial and office park at Treorchy.
The business park was formerly the Burberry Clothing factory and has undergone an extensive multi-million pound refurbishment programme to sub-divide and reconfigure its buildings to provide 105,080 sq ft of high-quality industrial and office accommodation.
The Capital Markets team of property consultants Knight Frank in Cardiff advised Parc Busnes Treorci on the freehold sale of the of 6.16 acre (2.45 hectare) site. Elliot Evans of Knight Frank said:

Redevelopment of the Burberry Clothing premises benefitted from EU grants and significant capital expenditure was undertaken to complete a high quality sub-division to provide sought-after workshop and business space ranging from 160 sq ft to 22,000 sq ft. The site is currently multi-let to over 20 tenants with lease regear opportunities.
