An expanding family holiday business has acquired its fourth caravan park in North Wales with support from HSBC UK.

Owned and operated by the Seldon Family, SF Parks has taken ownership of Sun Valley Caravan Park, another family-run caravan and lodge site set over 10.8 acres and located on the banks of the River Clwyd, North Wales. The site offers 185 holiday homes and a range of facilities including a family club house, a bar and game fishing on site.

Following the acquisition, SF Parks will see its capacity increase from managing 1,000 to 1,200 caravans. This will enable the the business to further capitalize on the staycation boom that the industry has continued to experience in recent years.

The HSBC UK backed acquisition will generate a 22% increase in turnover for SF Parks. This growth will see an increase of 11 employees.

SF Parks has further plans for expansion in North Wales that look set to bolster these growth figures further over the coming years.

Established in 1999 and run by Ronald Seldon and twin sons Jonathan and Oliver Seldon, SF Parks owns three holiday parks in Towyn, North Wales, near to Rhyl, Llandudno and Conwy. The Holiday Parks benefit from an extensive list of facilities including; a swimming pool, a fish and chip shop, soft play areas, outdoor adventure park, restaurant, bar, fast food bar, ice cream counter, convenience store and two arcades. Sun Valley Caravan Park was established in 1991 by Adrian and Christine Townsend.
