Orbis Education and Care welcomes Recruitment Manager Tracey Brown as care specialist continues hiring service-wide

Orbis Education and Care has strengthened its management team with the appointment of a new Recruitment Manager. Tracey Brown joins the Cardiff-based UK education and care provider as it continues to hire into permanent opportunities across all of its services in Wales and England.

Tracey brings a wealth of recruitment experience from a wide range of roles, having worked previously as a Recruitment Partner with motor finance specialist Moto Novo, among others.

Her role with Orbis will see her support the organisation in ensuring that quality care for its staff, pupils and residents continues in the current climate and beyond as the business grows, through leading the strategy for attracting and recruiting the right talent for the long term.

Orbis Education and Care now runs 16 schools, residential homes and day services for children and adults around Wales which support people with complex needs associated with autism, with a further service in England, and employs around 750 people.

The company has been successfully recruiting for permanent opportunities to ensure the quality of its services continues throughout the Coronavirus pandemic for the sake of those within its care, their families and its staff alike.
