Porthcawl Comprehensive School presents Jekyll & Hyde.
Based on the classic story by Robert Louis Stevenson and featuring a thrilling score of classic hits from multi-Grammy- and Tony-nominated Frank Wildhorn and double-Oscar- and Grammy-winning Leslie Bricusse, Porthcawl Comprehensive School is hosting a series of performances at Porthcawl Pavilion from 24th to 27th January.
The performance tells an evocative tale of two men – one, a doctor, passionate and romantic; the other, a terrifying madman yet both the same – and two women – one, beautiful and trusting, Emma, Dr Jekyll’s loving fiance; the other, beautiful and trusting only herself, Lucy a strong willed lady of the night – both women in love with the same man and both unaware of his dark secret.
The performance promises a great night of entertainment from some talented local youngsters.
