Raven Delta Group expands as part of mission to create healthier indoor spaces

Dave Kieft, CEO of Raven Delta Group.
Swansea-based Raven Delta (RD) Group, an industry leader in innovative, sustainable building services and indoor environmental quality (IEQ) solutions, has announced a significant expansion as part of its mission to create healthier, safer, and more sustainable buildings for both people and businesses.
The industry-leading collective, which specialises in sustainable building services and indoor environmental quality (IEQ) solutions, has welcomed three pioneering companies into its portfolio: Health and Wellbeing 360 (HWB360), MedicAir®, and BioSafety Systems. The move strengthens RD Group’s position as a UK leader in whole-building health strategies, bringing together expertise across design, data, air purification, and biosafety.
The addition of Health and Wellbeing 360 (HWB360) further advances the Group’s holistic approach to IEQ, building on its long-standing commitment to improving the health and wellbeing of building occupants through innovation and collaboration. HWB360 is at the forefront of environmental research and technology, playing a key role in developing the British Standard BS 40102-1:2023—a new benchmark for assessing environmental quality in non-domestic buildings, based on RD Group’s original work on PAS 3003.
With a strong focus on data science and applied research, HWB360 has also developed a Sensor Testing Centre of Excellence in partnership with Swansea University and supported by the Welsh Government. As part of RD Group, HWB360 will continue its pioneering work in sensor systems and resilience-building technologies to support healthier, more responsive indoor environments.
Alongside HWB360, RD Group has most recently welcomed MedicAir®, a company redefining portable, medical-grade air purification. MedicAir’s technology is designed to make clean, safe air more accessible in environments where it is needed most—particularly in healthcare, education, and other critical sectors.
Completing the trio of new arrivals is BioSafety Systems, which delivers advanced, chemical-free air and water treatment technologies. Their solutions eliminate airborne pathogens and pollutants without the use of ozone or harmful residues, and are suitable for high-standard environments ranging from childcare and healthcare to food production and leisure facilities.
These developments mark a major step forward in RD Group’s mission to move beyond basic compliance and towards a new era of integrated, human-focused building services. The Group, which already includes EFT Consult, RDM Electrical and Mechanical Services, and DRS FM Services, is now poised to accelerate the development of environments that actively promote wellbeing, sustainability, and resilience.
David Kieft, Chief Executive Officer of RD Group, said:
“RD Group’s commitment to enhancing indoor environmental quality goes hand-in-hand with our belief in a sustainable approach to building design, construction, and maintenance. The addition of HWB360, alongside MedicAir and BioSafety Systems, empowers us to deliver even more impactful solutions that prioritise the health and wellbeing of building occupants. We are building a group that looks at the full picture—for people.”
Dr Philip Webb, Chief Executive of HWB360, added:
“Our inclusion in RD Group marks a pivotal point in our journey to drive IEQ advancements and support a more sustainable built environment. With RD Group’s resources and vision, we are well-positioned to extend the reach of our data-driven approach, setting new standards and influencing legislation and policy.”
